What is happening?
THE NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL
(Diss, Various Roads) - (20 Mph Speed Limit Zone) Order 2025
The Norfolk County Council has made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the 18th August 2025 which comes into operation on the 25th August 2025, the effect of which is to introduce a 20mph Speed Limit Zone on the roads specified in the Schedule below.
A copy of the Order and a plan can be viewed online at: www.norfolk.citizenspace.com. Copies are also available for inspection at Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Norwich, NR1 2DH and at the offices of South Norfolk District Council, Horizon Business Centre, Peachman Way, Norwich, NR7 0WF, during normal office hours. Online viewing is recommended.

SCHEDULE – In the Town of Diss
20 MPH Speed Limit Zone
- U7P622 Harrier Way
From its junction with U76272 Frenze Hall Lane,
for its entire length, a distance of 539 metres, including its turning head.
- U7P624 Partridge Rise
From its junction with U7P622 Harrier Way,
for 77 metres eastwards, including its turning head.
- U7P628 Pheasant Drive
From its junction with U7P622 Harrier Way,
for 60 metres eastwards, including its turning head.
