The County of Cornwall (Stenhill Hill, North Petherwin, Launceston) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th September 2025 to 16th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Stenhill Hill, North Petherwin, Launceston between the junction with Weston Lane and grid reference SX 30017 89902.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Summerleaze Avenue To Flexbury Avenue, Flexbury, Bude) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bude. This prohibition is necessary for lead replacement works to resolve water quality issues and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th September 2025 to 26th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Summerleaze Avenue To Flexbury Avenue, Flexbury, Bude for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bude. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th September 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Treskinnick Cross To Waxhill, Poundstock, Bude between property known as New Mills Manor and the junction Access to Plymswood.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bude. This prohibition is necessary for overhead cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th September 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Spicers Lane, Stratton, Bude between the junctions with Diddies Road and Treworden Close.

The County of Cornwall (Various Roads, Bude) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic and Stopping) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 1st September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bude. This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing and patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th September 2025 to 26th September 2025.
Roads subject to prohibition - The Village, between the junctions with Pinch Hill and Hilton Road and Hobbacott Lane, Road From Junction East Of Summerleaze To Hobbacott Lane, Road From Buttsbear Cross To Hobbacott Lane, Coombepark Lane, Road From Howard Lane To Hobbacott Lane, Road From Hobbacott Lane To Hilton Road, Hilton Road and Road From The Square To Underlane for their entire lengths, Bude.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Bude. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of the Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.
Roads subject to stopping prohibition - The Village, between the junctions with Pinch Hill and Hilton Road and Hobbacott Lane, Road From Junction East Of Summerleaze To Hobbacott Lane, Road From Buttsbear Cross To Hobbacott Lane, Coombepark Lane, Road From Howard Lane To Hobbacott Lane, Road From Hobbacott Lane To Hilton Road, Hilton Road and Road From The Square To Underlane for their entire lengths, Bude.
The prohibitions will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for new fibre connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th September 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Market Street between the junctions with Church Street and Maiden Street and Maiden Street between the junctions with Cot Hill and Market Street, Stratton, Bude.
