BEDGROVE PARK CYCLEWAY IMPROVEMENTS

PROPOSED RAISED TABLE WITH ZEBRA CROSSING &

SHARED-USE PEDESTRIAN AND CYCLE PATHS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under Sections 90A – 90F of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Buckinghamshire Council proposes to introduce a new raised table with zebra and parallel cycle crossing facility in Aylesbury, on Turnfurlong Lane near the junction with Camborne Avenue.

Buckinghamshire Council, under Section 3 (1) of the Cycle Tracks Act 1984 having undertaken the consultations required by Regulation 3 of the Cycle Tracks Regulations 1984, also proposes to convert sections of existing footway to shared use along Turnfurlong Lane, Camborne Avenue and footpaths towards and within Bedgrove Park.

A copy of the layout plan, showing the proposals and their locations and extents, may be inspected via our consultation page on Your Voice Bucks, or by appointment during normal office hours at Walton Street Offices, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 1UA.

Objections to the proposal together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the undersigned (for the attention of ‘Buckinghamshire Highways Design Services’) by 11:59pm on Friday 19th September 2025, emailed to highways.consultations@buckinghamshire.gov.uk or submitted via our ‘Your Voice Bucks’ website at: https://yourvoicebucks.citizenspace.com, and search for Bedgrove Park Cycleway Improvements’.
