(40 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2025 (1317)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effects of which will be, in respects of roads at Harworth in the District of Bassetlaw in the County of Nottinghamshire.
1. No person shall drive any vehicle at a speed exceeding 40 miles per hour on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule of this Order.

SCHEDULE 1
From a point 130 metres north-west of its junction with Symmetry Way in a north-westerly direction to a point 449 metres south-east of its junction with Serlby Road. (an approximate distance of 1458m)

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON THE FRIDAY 29TH AUGUST 2025
The reduced speed limit has been introduced in order to fulfil a S278 agreement and make the speed limit more appropriate following the construction of a new development on Mulberry Park, Blyth Road, Harworth.
