Temporary Closure of East Stoke
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along East Stoke - from 67 metres south-east of the junction with Windsor Lane, south-eastwards for a total distance of 45 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to replace a chamber.
The Order becomes effective on 11th September 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 15th September 2025 and last until 17th September 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
