(CHURCH STREET, NASEBY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Church Street, Naseby as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of
Church Street, Naseby from no. 91 Church Street to Gyngell.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
installation of sewer connection.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 15th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for
5 days.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: use Nutcote, High Street, Newlands and Church Street.

(BACK LANE, HOLCOT)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Back Lane, Holcot as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Back
Lane, Holcot from Sywell Road to Moulton Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
remedials to sewer connection.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on
15th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen
months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary
of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Bozenham Mill Lane, Grafton Regis as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of
Bozenham Mill Lane, Grafton Regis from Millstone Cottages to Mill Farm.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
carriageway repair works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 15th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Upper High Street, Harpole as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Upper
High Street, Harpole from the junction of Garners Way to Larkhall Lane.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
BT works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 15th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and

effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that
length of Sulgrave Road, Helmdon as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of
Sulgrave Road, Helmdon from Weston Road to outside Priory Fields Barn.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
installation of new electricity supply.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 15th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.

(QUEENSLAND GARDENS & QUEENS CRESCENT, NORTHAMPTON)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along those lengths of Queensland Gardens and Queens Crescent, Northampton as set out below.
LENGTHS OF ROADS TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: Those lengths of
Queensland Gardens – from junctions with Queens Crescent and Queens
Crescent from junctions with Queensland Gardens.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
carriageway repairs.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 15th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians and cyclist from proceeding along that length of Towcester Road, Northampton as set out below.
LENGTH OF FOOTPATH AND CYCLE LANE TO WHICH RESTRICTION
APPLIES: That length of Towcester Road, Northampton from Rowtree Road to Towcester Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
major installation of electrical ducting andsupply.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 19th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the footpath and cycle lane will
be restricted until 12th November 2025.

REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
repairs to a manhole cover.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of St Leonards Road, Northampton (southern side of carriageway only) –
from Haines Road to the existing double yellow lines opposite Main Road.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during
installation of HV connections.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 1st September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary.
