Demolition and replacement of seven age-restricted housing blocks comprising an increase in the number of units from 144 to 185, with associated relandscaping, modifications to internal access and parking arrangements.

Variation of Condition No.1 (list of approved plans) of planning permission 7-2024-9508-AG as described in that description of development to allow for the new staircase to be rotated through 90 degrees, the use of the attic level for laundry has been removed from the scheme the new staircase no longer needs to include the first to second floor flight and the roof in this area has been modified.
