Pavyotts Lane - Temporary Road Closure To Prep And Resurfacing Works

Temporary Closure of Pavyotts Lane
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Pavyotts Lane - from the junction with Placket Lane, for its entirety.
This Order will enable Heidleberg to carry out prep and resurfacing works on behalf of Somerset Highways.
The Order becomes effective on 28th August 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 4th September 2025 and last until 8th September 2025 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 5 days.
There is no alternative route for this closure.
