What is happening?
THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL
(ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO. 68) (WOODMANSEY MILE, BEVERLEY) ORDER 2025
1. On the 28 August 2025 East Riding of Yorkshire Council made this Order which will be operative from the 28 August 2025 the effect of which will be to introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions on parts of Woodmansey Mile, Beverley.
2. A copy of the Order and relevant plan may be examined during normal office hours at the Beverley Customer Service Centre, Cross Street, Beverley HU17 9BA.
3. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the 28 August 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
