Mae’r Cyngor yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Llwybrau Cyhoeddus 9/49, 9/54, 9/36, 9/38/D, 9/53, Coedwig Carn Wen, Cwmsymlog) (Gwahardd Traffig Drwodd Dros Dro) 2025, heb fod yn llai na saith niwrnod o 03/09/2025, gan wahardd pob cerddwyr, seiclwyr, farchogion ceffylau a cherbydau na gyrrir yn fecanyddol rhag mynd ar hyd y darn o hawliau tramwy cyhoeddus a adwaenir fel: Llwybrau 9/49, 9/54, 9/36, 9/38/D, 9/53 Coedwig Carn Wen, Cwmsymlog SN2686:2841 yn rhedeg i’r de o’r C1016 ac i’r gogledd U1068.
Nid oes ffordd amgen. Mae angen y gorchymyn arfaethedig i sicrhau diogelwch y cyhoedd tra bod gwaith coedwigaeth yn cael ei cwblhau.
Bwriedir i’r gwaith ddechrau ar 16/09/2025 a parhau mewn grym am y cyfnod mwyafswm o chwe mis; gellir ymestyn hyn drwy wneud cais i Lywodraeth Cymru.

Ceredigion County Council
The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 03/09/2025, to make the Ceredigion County Council (Public Rights of Way 9/49, 9/54, 9/36, 9/38/D, 9/53 Carn Wen Forest, Cwmsymlog) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any walkers, cyclists, horse riders or non-mechanically propelled vehicles from proceeding along the length of public rights of way known as: 9/49, 9/54, 9/36, 9/38/D, 9/53 Carn Wen Forest, Cwmsymlog; SN2686:2841 to the south of C1016 and to the north of U1068.
There is no alternative route. The proposed order is required to ensure public safety whilst forestry works take place.
It is intended that the works will commence on the 16/09/2025 and continue in force for the maximum period of six months.
The Order can be extended by applying to the Welsh Government after this period.
