Snow Hill Queensway, Ladywood - Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic For Mobile Crane On The Highway
What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (AS AMENDED) SECTION 14(2)
(SNOW HILL QUEENSWAY, LADYWOOD – 14731604 – 7936299) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle to proceed along Snow Hill Queensway between Colmore Row and St Chads Circus.
The temporary Order is required to facilitate the use of Mobile Crane on the Highway.
An alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be signed on site.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on Saturday 13th September 2025 and will remain in force for a period of 7 months or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
