Temporary Footpath Closure
PROW No. 138 Peldon Passage, Richmond

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate Electrical works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a footpath closure in a length of the PROW No. 138 Peldon Passage, Richmond.
Whilst the works take place no person may proceed in PROW138, Peldon Passage, from the junction with Sheen Road and the Junction with Kings Road.
The order will come into effect on 01 September 2025.
And will be in force at all times from 01 September to 05 September 2025 The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months.
An alternative route for persons affected by the closure will be available via Sheen Road and Kings Road.
The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate The Royal Parks various improvement works, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary prohibition of pedestrians in the following locations listed in Paragraph 2.
Whilst the works take place no person shall enter the following Pedestrian park gates the footpaths at the following gates will be closed:
Hampton Court Gate
Teddington Gate
Church Grove Passage Gate
Shaef Gate
Sandy Lane Gate
Barrack Gate
Hampton Gate
Hampton Hill Gate
Hampton Hill New Gate
Blandford Road Gate
Laurel Road Gate
Clapperstyle Gate
Coleshill Road Gate
PROW 215 - Dukes Head Passage Gate &
Hampton Wick Gate
The order will come into effect on 01 September 2025, these night works are anticipated to be in progress between the hours of 22.30-08.00 from 01 September - 10 October 2025 and 22.30-08.00 from 03 November – 12 December 2025. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for Police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Christchurch Road, East Sheen.

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate Gas works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Christchurch Road, East Sheen.
Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Christchurch Road, from its junction with Fife Road to outside number 51 Christchurch Road,
Whilst Christchurch Road, East Sheen is closed, an alternative route for diverted traffic will be available via Temple Sheen, Observatory Road, Percival Road, Martindale and vice versa.
The order will come into effect on 26 August 2025. These works are anticipated to be in progress from 26 August to 29 August 2025. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Church Road, Teddington.
Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Church Road, from the junction with Latimer Road to the junction with Luther Road.
Whilst Church Road, Teddington is closed, an alternative route for diverted traffic will be available via Church Road, Shacklegate Road, Broad Street and vice versa.
The order will come into effect on 26 August 2025. These works are anticipated to be in progress from 26 August to 29 August 2025. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate material sewer works, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in May Road, Twickenham.
Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in May Road, from the junction with Knights Place to the junction with Albion Road.
May Road will become two way from the junction with the junction with Colne Road to the junction with Knights Place.
Whilst May Road, Twickenham is closed, an alternative route for diverted traffic will be available via Colne Road, Albion Road and vice versa.
The order will come into effect on 28 August 2025. These works are anticipated to be in progress from 28 August to 29 August 2025. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Third Cross Road, Twickenham

The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to remove obstructive parking and due to the likelihood of danger to the public, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Third Cross, Twickenham.
Whilst the Order is in effect, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand at any time in Third Cross Road, on its south-west side, from a point 2 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos. 50/52 and 54/56 south-eastwards for a distance of 28 metres.
The order will come into effect on 28 August 2025. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months.
The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
