What is happening?

Notice of Intention

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order:

B4203 Church Street, Bromyard, Temporary HGV Restriction Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by HGVs on the B4203 Church Street, Bromyard. Grid Ref: 365615/254645.

The said restriction is required due to insufficient road width for HGVs during utility works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said restriction will come into force on 7th September 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
