Empire Way, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Water Works

What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF BRENT

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED) EMPIRE WAY

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 202*

The Council of the London Borough of Brent hereby give notice that, to facilitate a new water connection and associated works in Empire Way, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to prohibit: -

a) vehicles from entering, proceeding, waiting, loading or unloading in that length of Empire Way, which lies between the north-eastern kerb-line of Fulton Road and the south-western kerb-line of Wembley Park Drive;

b) pedestrians from entering or proceeding in the length of the north-western footway of Empire Way, which lies between the north-eastern kerb-line of Fulton Road and the south-western kerb-line of Wembley Park Drive;

when and where appropriate traffic signs are being | displayed.

The prohibitions referred to in (a) and (b) above would apply between 9th September 2025 and 13th September 2025 inclusive, or until the said works are completed, whichever is the earlier.

Access to premises in or adjacent to Empire Way would be maintained insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works. Vehicular traffic affected by the prohibitions referred to in

(a) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs. Pedestrians affected by the prohibitions referred to in

(b) above should proceed as indicated by traffic signs. Further information may be obtained by telephoning Healthy | Streets and Parking on 020 8937 5230.
