What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
UNNAMED ROAD FROM BUTTERPOT LANE THROUGH TRUSLEY TO C45, ASHBOURNE
WHEN: 16 September to 17 September 2025 (08:00 to 16:00).
WHERE: Unnamed Road from Butterpot Lane through Trusley to C45, Ashbourne from its Jct. with Taylor’s Lane for an approx. distance of 400m south.
REASON: To facilitate replacement of communications pole.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Unnamed Road from Butterpot Lane through Trusley to C45, Butterpot Lane, Unnamed Section of C45 from C46 Commonpiece Lane to C245 Heage Lane and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re- open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
