What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF
ONE-WAY ORDER
MARKET PLACE / SORESBY STREET, CHESTERFIELD

WHEN: 14 September 2025 (09:00 to 15:00).
WHERE: Temporarily suspend the One-Way Order currently in force on Market Place / Soresby Street, Chesterfield from the Jct. of Soresby Street and Rose Hill to the Jct. of Market Place and Glumangate.
REASON: To facilitate access due to works on Glumangate.
The suspension will be in force for the time stated or until the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
