Notice is hereby given that North Yorkshire Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) & 35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend “North Yorkshire County Council (Prohibition of Waiting & Loading & Provision of Parking) (District of Harrogate) Consolidation Order 2013” & North Yorkshire County Council (Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pannal & Burn Bridge) (Parking & Waiting) (No 23) Order 2016 by introducing the restrictions specified in the Schedules below:- Schedule 1 - Waiting Prohibited At All Times With Exemptions Station Parade, Harrogate, South East side from a point 19 metres south-west of its junction with Bower Road to a point 42 metres south-west of its junction with Bower Road. Station Parade, Harrogate, South East side from a point 47 metres south-west of its junction with Bower Road to a point 44 metres north east of its junction with Bower Street. Station Parade, Harrogate, South East side from a point 18 metres north east of its junction with Bower Street to a point 38 metres north east of its junction with Bower Street. Station Parade, Harrogate, East side from a point 56 metres south of its junction with Station Bridge to a point 60 metres south of its junction with Station Bridge. Station Parade, Harrogate, North West side from a point 39 metres south-west of its junction with Bower Road to a point 41 metres south-west of its junction with Bower Road. In so far as it relates to Schedule 25 (Waiting prohibited at any time except for disabled badge holders), Station Parade; Item 36 & Item 37. In so far as it relates to Schedule 30 (Authorised parking place for the loading & unloading of goods), Station Parade; Item 9. In so far as it relates to Schedule 31 (Authorised parking places between the hours of 8am & 6pm for the loading & unloading of goods), Station Parade; Items 16 & 17.
