(THE SCORES, MURRAY PARK AND NORTH CASTLE STREET, ST ANDREWS)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2025
Fife Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 –
(i) prohibiting the use by vehicular traffic on The Scores (from prop no. 24 to prop no. 28) and Murray Pk (from The Scores to Murray Pl);
(ii) prohibiting the waiting and loading of vehicles on The Scores (south side from Golf Pl to prop no. 26), The Scores (north side from Murray Pk to North Castle St) and North Castle St (east side from prop no. 47 to prop no. 31) ;
(iii) temporarily rescind the traffic on The Scores between Golf Pl and North Castle St to allow two-way traffic to proceed; and
(iv) temporarily rescind the traffic on North Castle St between The Scores and North St to allow two-way traffic to proceed.
The Order is to allow gas mains replacement to be carried out in safety and will be operational from 01/09/25 to 12/09/25 or until earlier completion of the works. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained.
