Church Street, Bromyard, Temporary Road Closure Due To Cover Works
What is happening?
Notice of Intention
NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: B4203, Church Street, Bromyard, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the B4203, Church Street, Bromyard, junction with Broad Street. Grid Ref: 365615/254645.
The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via Broad Street onto High Street onto Cruxwell Street onto Rowberry Street.
The said closure is required due to cover works and the likelihood of danger to the public whilst the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 7th of September 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 1 day.
