Notice of Continuation
Notice is hereby given that Herefordshire Council made the PUBLIC FOOTPATH OC10, ORCOP (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2020 temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 4449 2552 to SO 4478 2560.
The closure is required due to a landslide. There is no alternative route. Queries on this proposal may be directed to prow@herefordshire.gov.uk
A copy of the order and plan may be seen at www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order continues in force from 21 August 2025 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
