The East Sussex (B2102 Framfield Road, Blackboys)
(Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit) Order 2025 To allow UKPN to carry out works, East Sussex County Council have made an Order under Sections 14(1) and 15(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will temporarily restrict all traffic using the following length of road to a speed not exceeding 30 mph:
Temporary 30 mph Speed Limit
Framfield Road – from the junction with U7425 John Dan Close to the junction with U7873 Tickerage Lane.
The Order commences 26 August 2025 and lasts for a period of 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated the speed restriction will be in place between 26 August and 12 September 2025 depending upon the weather conditions.

The East Sussex (C667 Itford Farm Lane, Itford)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 To allow Network Rail to carry out works, East Sussex County Council have made an Order under Sections 14(1) and 15(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will temporarily close the following length of road;
Temporary Road Closure
Itford Farm Lane – 60 metres either side of level crossing.
A safe route will be provided for pedestrians and vehicular access for residents and to properties maintained whenever possible.
The Order commenced 4 April 2025 and lasts for a period of 18 months, or until works are completed, whichever is earlier. However, it is anticipated works will be undertaken on 26 and 27 August 2025 depending upon the weather conditions.

The East Sussex (U7722 The Village, Alciston)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
To allow East Sussex Highways to carry out works, East Sussex County Council have made an Order under Sections 14(1) and 15(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will temporarily close the following length of road;
Temporary Road Closure The Village – for its entire length.
A safe route will be provided for pedestrians and vehicular access for residents and to properties maintained whenever possible.
The Order commenced 17 February 2025 and lasts for a period of 18 months, or until works are completed, whichever is earlier. However, it is anticipated works will be undertaken between 26 and 30 August 2025 depending upon the weather conditions.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
To allow South East Water to carry out works, East Sussex County Council have made an Order under Sections 14(1) and 15(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will temporarily close the following length of road;
Temporary Road Closure
Mill Lane – for its entire length.
A safe route will be provided for pedestrians and vehicular access for residents and to properties maintained whenever possible.

The Order commences 22 August 2025 and lasts for a period of 18 months, or until works are completed, whichever is earlier. However, it is anticipated works will be undertaken on 22 August 2025 depending upon the weather conditions.

The Order commences 8 September 2025 and lasts for a period of 18 months, or until works are completed, whichever is earlier. However, it is anticipated works will be undertaken on 8 September 2025 depending upon the weather conditions.
