What is happening?
NOTICE OF PROPOSED ORDER THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (TRAFFIC MOVEMENT AND SPEED LIMIT REGULATIONS)
(AMENDMENT ORDER NO. 2025.2137337 EMBANKMENT ROAD) ORDER
The Council of the City of Plymouth in exercise of their powers under the relevant Sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, hereby intend to make the above named Order:-
The effect of the order shall be to change the speed limit from 40mph to 30mph on lengths of the following road; Embankment Road
Full details are contained in the Order, which, together with the relevant plans, any Orders amended, and a statement of reasons for making the Order may be examined on Plymouth City Council website: https:// www.plymouth.gov. uk/traffic-and-road-safety-schemes
