Planetrees Road, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Gas Works

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL PLANTETREES ROAD, BRADFORD TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works to be executed on or near Planetrees Road, Bradford has made the above-named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Planetrees Road from its entrance to Dixon Hall & Co to a point outside Planetree Business Park.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Planetrees Road (unaffected section), Bowling Back Lane, Sticker Lane, Laisterdyke, Leeds Road and vice versa. The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 26th August 2025 and remain in force until 23.55 hours on the 19th December 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
