HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:
- Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 2ail Medi 2025 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelwyd bod y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau rhwng 2ail Medi 2025 a’r 4ydd Medi 2025.
- Roedd angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn i Dŵr Cymru wneud gwaith mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Cedwir mynediad rhesymol ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.
- Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau dros dro rhan o Heol yr Eglwys, Llanisien, Sir Fynwy, o’r gyffordd â’r B4293 am ~30m. Bydd Gweithwyr Traffig wrth law i gynorthwyo a rheoli llif y traffig lle bo angen.
- Roedd llwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn:- Heol Llanisien, B4293 ac i’r gwrthwyneb.
- Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heol yr Eglwys, Llanisien, Sir Fynwy 2025.
- Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Has made an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
- The Order came into operation on the 2nd September 2025 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 2nd September 2025 and 4th September 2025.
- The order was necessary for Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.
- The effect of the order was to temporarily close a section of Church Road, Llanishen, Monmouthshire, from its junction with B4293 for ~30m. Traffic Operatives will be on hand to assist and manage traffic flow where necessary.
- A signed diversionary route was in place as follows:- Llanishen Road, B4293 and vice versa.
- This order may be cited as the Church Road, Llanishen, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025
- By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
