GORCHYMYN CEFNFFORDD YR A477 (CYFFORDD MYNEGBOST NASH, SIR BENFRO) (CYFYNGIAD A GWAHARDDIAD TRAFFIG DROS DRO) 202-

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU Cymru yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 ymhen dim llai na 7 niwrnod i ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn. Mae angen y Gorchymyn arfaethedig er mwyn gwneud gwaith ar gefnffordd yr A477, neu gerllaw iddi, wrth Gyffordd Mynegbost Nash, Sir Benfro.

Effaith y Gorchymyn arfaethedig fydd gwneud y canlynol dros dro:

i. Gosod terfyn cyflymder o 40 mya ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A477 a bennir yn Atodlen 1 i’r Hysbysiad hwn.

ii. Gwahardd pob cerbyd rhag gwneud trooen pedol drwy’r bwlch yn llan ganol gefnffordd yr A477 a ddisgrifir yn Atodlen 2 i’r Hysbysiad hwn. O ganlyniad, dylai traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gorllewin sy’n dymuno gwneud symudiad o’r fath fynd yn ei flaen i Gyfylchan Waterloo, Doc Penfro a dychwelyd tua’r dwyrain: dylai traffig sy’n teithio tua’r dwyrain fynd yn ei flaen i Gyfylchan Caeriu a dychwelyd tua’r gorllewin.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 6 Medi 2025. Disgwylir y bydd y cyfyngiad a’r gwaharddiad dros dro yn weithredol o 00:01 o’r gloch ar y dyddiad hwnnw am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf.

Y darn o’r gefnffordd sy’n ymestyn o bwynt 57 o fetrau i’r gorllewin o ganol ei chyffordd â’r lôn sy’n arwain at Lower Nash hyd at bwynt 416 o fetrau i’r dwyrain o ganol ei chyffordd â ffordd yr U6357 sy’n arwain at Upper Nash, Sir Benfro.

Y bwlch yn y llan ganol gyferbyn â chyffordd y gefnffordd â ffordd sirol Dosbarth 1 yr A4075 i Benfro, Sir Benfro.

THE A477 TRUNK ROAD (NASH FINGERPOST JUNCTION, PEMBROKESHIRE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC RESTRICTION & PROHIBITION) ORDER 202-

THE WELSH MINISTERS propose, in not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to undertake works on or near the A477 trunk road at Nash Fingerpost Junction, Pembrokeshire.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to temporarily:

i. Impose a 40 mph speed limit on the length of the A477 trunk road specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.

ii. Prohibit all vehicles from making U-turns through the gap in the central reservation of the A477 trunk road described in Schedule 2 to this Notice. Consequently, westbound traffic wishing to make such a manoeuvre should proceed to Waterloo Roundabout, Pembroke Dock and return eastbound: eastbound traffic should travel to Carew Roundabout and return westbound.

The Order will come into force on 6 September 2025. The temporary restriction and prohibition are expected to operate from 00:01 hours on that date for a maximum duration of 18 months.

SCHEDULE 1

The length of the trunk road that extends from a point 57 metres west of the centre of its junction with the lane leading to Lower Nash to a point 416 metres east of the centre of its junction with the U6357 road leading to Upper Nash, Pembrokeshire.

SCHEDULE 2

The gap in the central reservation situated opposite the junction of the trunk road with the Class 1 A4075 county road to Pembroke, Pembrokeshire.
