Newidiadau arfaethedig o ran parcio i breswylwyr, Coed Duon.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili (‘y Cyngor’), wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (‘Ddeddf 1984’) a Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 (‘Ddeddf 2004’) a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu yn unol â Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf 1984, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd â’r effaith o ddiwygio Gorchymyn Cyffredinol (Gwahardd a Chyfyngu ar Aros a Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili 2019 drwy wneud y canlynol:

Newid y llinellau melyn dwbl presennol yn gilfachau deiliaid trwydded breswyl yn unig Llun–Sad 8am–6pm.

  • Bridge Street, ar yr ochr ddeheuol, o ffin gyffredin rhifau 24/25 Bridge Street i gyfeiriad y dwyrain i ben y llinellau melyn dwbl presennol, sef pellter o tua 7m.

  • William Street, ar yr ochr ddwyreiniol, o fan 5m o’r gyffordd â George Street y tu allan i rif 29 i gyfeiriad y de i’r gilfach barcio i breswylwyr bresennol, sef pellter o tua 3m.

  • William Street, ar yr ochr ddwyreiniol, o fan 5m o’r gyffordd â George Street y tu allan i rif 33 i gyfeiriad y gogledd i’r gilfach barcio i breswylwyr bresennol, sef pellter o tua 8m.

    Newid y mannau presennol heb gyfyngiadau yn gilfachau deiliaid trwydded breswyl yn unig Llun–Sad 8am–6pm.

    • William Street, ar yr ochr orllewinol, o’r gilfach trwydded breswyl bresennol y tu allan i rif 76 William Street i gyfeiriad y de i’r gilfach barcio i breswylwyr bresennol wrth ffin gyffredin rhifau 60/62 William Street, sef pellter o tua 45m.

    • William Street, ar yr ochr orllewinol, o’r gilfach trwydded breswyl bresennol y tu allan i rif 48 William Street i gyfeiriad y de i’r gilfach barcio i breswylwyr bresennol wrth ffin gyffredin rhifau 38/40 William Street, sef pellter o tua 45m.

    • William Street, ar yr ochr orllewinol, o’r gilfach trwydded breswyl bresennol y tu allan i rif 2 William Street i gyfeiriad y de am bellter o tua 23m.

    Gwaredu ar y gilfach trwydded breswyl bresennol i hwyluso mynediad i safleoedd oddi ar y ffordd.

    • Thorncombe Road, ar yr ochr orllewinol, y tu allan i rifau 8, 10 a 12 ar hyd y rhannau o gwrb is presennol, sef pellter o tua 6m am bob ty.

    • George Street, ar yr ochr ddeheuol, o fan 10m o’r gyffordd â William Street i gyfeiriad y dwyrain am bellter o tua 7m.

    Newid y llinell felen sengl â chyfyngiad amser yn gilfach barcio i breswylwyr yn unig Llun–Sad 8am–6pm.

    • Pentwyn Road, ar yr ochr orllewinol, o ffin gyffredin Wesley Manse/Ashton House i gyfeiriad y gogledd am bellter o tua 15m.

    Proposed changes to existing Residents Parking, Blackwood.

    NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council (the ‘Council’) in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the ‘1984 Act’) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (the ‘2004’ Act) and all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act propose to make an Order the effect of which is to amend the Caerphilly County Borough Council (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 by the:

    Change existing double yellow lines (DYLs) to residents permit holders only bays Mon – Sat 8am – 6pm.

    • Bridge Street, on its southern side, from the common boundary of 24/25 Bridge Street in an easterly direction, to the end of the existing DYLs, a distance of approx. 7m.

    • William Street, on its eastern side, 5m from the junction with George Street outside No. 29 in a southerly direction to the existing residents’ parking bay, a distance of approx. 3m.

    • William Street on its eastern side, 5m from the junction with George Street outside No. 33 in a northerly direction to the existing residents’ parking bay, a distance of approx. 8m.

      Change existing no restrictions to resident permit holders only bay Mon–Sat 8am–6pm.

      • William Street on its western side from the existing residents permit bay outside No. 76 William Street in a southerly direction to the existing residents parking bay at the common boundary of Nos. 60/62 William Street, a distance of approx. 45m.

      • William Street, on its western side from the existing residents permit bay outside no. 48 William Street in a southerly direction to the existing residents’ parking bay at the common boundary of 38/40 William Street, a distance of approx. 45m.

      • William Street, on its western side from the existing residents permit bay outside No. 2 William Street in a southerly direction for a distance of approx. 23m.

      • William Street, on its eastern side, from the existing residents permit bay outside No. 57 William Street in a southerly direction to the existing DYLs, a distance of approx. 20m.

      • William Street, on its eastern side, from the existing residents permit bay outside No. 47 William Street in a southerly direction to the existing DYLs, a distance of approx. 36m.

      • William Street, on its eastern side, from the existing DYLs outside No. 27 William Street in a southerly direction to the existing DYLs outside the common boundary of 3/5 William Street, a distance of approx. 61m.

      • Bridge Street, on its southern side, from the end of the existing DYLs outside No. 23 in an easterly direction to the common boundary of 14/15 Bridge Street, a distance of approx. 47m.

        • Thorncombe Road, on its western side, from the existing residents’ parking bay outside the common boundary of Nos 4/6 Thorncombe Road in a northerly direction for a distance of approx. 8m.

        Remove current resident permit bay to facilitate off road access.

        • Thorncombe Road on its westerly side outside number 8, 10 and 12 for the length of the existing dropped kerbs, a distance of approx. 6m for each house.

        Proposed removal of DYL.

        • George Street, on its southerly side, from a point 10m from its junction with William Street in an easterly direction, for a distance of approx. 7m.

        Change time restricted SYL to Resident only parking bay Mon–Sat 8am – 6pm

        • Pentwyn Road on its western side, from the common boundary of Wesley Manse/Ashton House in a northerly direction for a distance of approximately 15m.

        A copy of the draft Order, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority’s reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www.caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationsOrders and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 20/08/2025 to 11/09/2025 quoting reference SC.5012749.
