Llanmadoc Footpath 4 - Temporary Footpath Closure For Dead Or Dying Ash Trees To Be Felled
What is happening?
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SWANSEA
CYNGOR DINAS A SIR ABERTAWE TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE, LLANMADOC (FOOTPATH 4) NOTICE 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City and County of Swansea has made an Order in pursuance of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) in respect of the above mentioned footpath. The closure is required to allow dead or dying ash trees to be felled.
SCHEDULE Footpath 4. The whole footpath through Cwm Ivy woods from its junction with footpath 1 near Pill House westwards to the junction with the road at Cwm Ivy.
The closure will operate from 1 st September 2025 for a period of 17 weeks or, if completed earlier, when the works are completed.
