Port Eynon, Bridleway 2 - Temporary Footpath Closure To Lay A New Electricity Cable

TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE, PORT EYNON (BRIDLEWAY PE2) NOTICE 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City and County of Swansea has made an Order in pursuance of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) in respect of the above mentioned footpath. The closure is required for health and safety reasons whilst works are undertaken to lay a new electricity cable.

SCHEDULE
Bridleway 2 between Port Eynon and Horton from the entrance to Burrows Holiday Park for 160 metres in a north easterly direction to the junction with the track to the pumping station.

The closure will operate from 1st September 2025 for a period of 3 weeks or until the works are completed, whichever is earlier.
