What is happening?
REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
BETWEEN THE TIDES FESTIVAL (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025
The Council made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended in order to facilitate the holding of a relevant event.
The effect of the Order was to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in the length of road specified in the schedule below. Access was available to residents’ properties within the closure. Local diversions were in operation.
The Order came into operation at 8am on 23.8.25 and was in operation between 8am and 8pm on 23.8.25 and 24.8.25.
