What is happening?
proposes to make
an Order entitled The Parking and Waiting Restrictions
(Derry/Londonderry) (Amendment No. 3) Order
(Northern Ireland) 2025.
The Order will authorise a length of Carlisle Road and
Spencer Road and lengths of The Diamond, Derry/
Londonderry for the use as parking places and prescribe
the conditions under which they may be used. Between
8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Monday to Saturday inclusive,
parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to the parking
place prohibited until 1 hour has expired.
The Order will also extend the length of no waiting at any
time (loading and unloading not permitted) on
Fountain Street, Derry/Londonderry.
Vehicles are excepted from the conditions and prohibition in
certain circumstances.

with maps showing the roads involved, may be inspected
free of charge during office hours within the period below at

Crescent Road, Derry/Londonderry, or viewed online at

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment
only which can be arranged either by email using the email
address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday
to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 028 8225 4085.
Any person may object or make other representations,
specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing
to the Department at TRAM Western Division, Network
Development Section, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue,
Omagh, BT79 1AF or by emailing

within a period of
22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.

A2 Clooney Road,
Ballykelly
Notice is hereby given in compliance with paragraphs 1 and
2 of Schedule 3 of the Road Traffic Regulation (Northern
Ireland) Order 1997 that the Department for Infrastructure,
in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Article 7(1) and
(3) of the said Road Traffic Regulation (Northern Ireland)
Order 1997, proposes to impose the following temporary
speed limit:
40 miles per hour speed limit, commencing on Monday 1st
September 2025 and ending on Friday 3rd October 2025,
on the A2 Clooney Road Ballykelly, from a point 500 metres
west of its junction with C519 Carnamuff Road to its junction
with U220 Vale Road.
Being satisfied that traffic should be restricted or prohibited
because works are being or are proposed to be executed on
or near A2 Clooney Road. Traffic signs warning that the use
of the road is subject to the above speed limit restrictions
and to indicate the nature and extent of the restrictions will
be erected on the road in due course.
