PART OF WOODPECKER CLOSE ASTON SHEFFIELD
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC)
NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Woodpecker Close from a point approximately 15m northeast of its junction with Finch Close, for a distance of approximately 65m in a north easterly direction from Monday 1st September until Monday 15th September 2025.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route, the road is a cul de sac. The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Gas main replacement and works to associated services).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Temple Road from 10pm on Sunday 31st August until 4am on Monday 1st September 2025.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route will be via A6178 Sheffield Road, A6178 Sheffield Road Ickles Way Roundabout, Bessemer Way, Magna Way and Temple Road.

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Mill Close from Tuesday 26th August until Thursday 28th August 2025 between 8am and 5pm each day.
NOTICE is further given that there is no alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order, the road is a cul de sac. Access will be maintained for residents and emergency vehicles.

The reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Gas works).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough has made an Order the effect of which is from Monday 25th August until Friday 29th August 2025 between 7pm and 6am each day to:-
1. Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Laughton Road from its junction with Church Lane to its junction with Barleycroft Lane (the alternative route will be via New Road, Lidgett Lane and New Street).
2. Suspend the One-Way Order relating to Barleycroft Lane allowing two-way traffic between its junction with Lidgett Lane and its junction with Laughton Road. NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that part of Lea Brook Lane from a point approximately 120m south of its junction with Coaley Lane for a distance of approximately 80m in a southerly direction from Tuesday 26th August until Monday 1st September 2025.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order will be via Coaley Lane, Cortworth Lane, Angel Lane, Hoober Field Road and vice versa.
The reason for the prohibition is works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road (Repairs to water apparatus).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the four parts of road specified in the Schedule to this notice. The part of Walesmoor Avenue specified in item (i) of the Schedule will be closed from Tuesday 26th. August until Friday 19th. September 2025. The part of Walesmoor Avenue specified in item (ii) of the Schedule will be closed from Monday 20th October until Friday 14th November 2025. The part of Lestermoor Avenue will be closed from Monday 22nd September until Friday 17th October 2025. The part of Limetree Avenue will be closed from Monday 20th October until Friday 14th November 2025.
NOTICE is further given that the alternative routes will be via local neighbouring streets.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads (water main renewal upon Wales Road).

NOTICE is further given that the alternative route for pedestrians affected by the Order will be via footways parallel to the definitive route.
Reason for the prohibition is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the footpath (modifications on the existing sewage pipeline).

NOTICE is hereby given that Rotherham Borough Council intends (not less than seven days from the date of this Notice) to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along the two parts of road specified in the Schedule to this notice at intervals between Monday 1st September and Friday 26th September 2025.
The reason for the prohibitions is because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads (Installation of new Gas Connections).
SCHEDULE
(i) Erskine Road from its junction with St Anns Road for a distance of 50m in an easternly direction (the alternative route will be via St. Anns Road, A630 Fitzwilliam Road, Milton Road, Hatherley Road and vice versa).
(ii) Effingham Street from its junction with St Anns road for a distance of 50m in a south westerly direction for traffic exiting onto St Anns Road only. Access will be allowed in from St Anns Road (the alternative route will be via Kenneth Street, A630 Centenary Way, St Anns Road).
