What is happening?

City of Stoke-on-Trent (Traffic Regulation) (Montrose Street Permit Parking) (No.12) Order, 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Stoke on Trent propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 45, 46 and 51 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The effect of this Order is as follows:-

1 To establish a Permit Parking Zone (F2) in the lengths of road specified in the First Schedule below.
2 To introduce Double Yellow Lines in the locations spoecified in the second schedule 2 Any residential property referred to in the Third Schedule below will be eligible to apply for permits for that respective zone.

FIRST SCHEDULE

(North-east Side)from a point 10 metres east of its junction with Duke Street to a point 41 metres east of its junction with Duke Street (South-east Side)from a point 29 metres east of its junction with Duke Street to a point 42 metres east of its junction with Duke Street (South-west Side)(i)from a point 10 metres east of its junction with Duke Street to a point 25 metres east of its junction with Duke Street (ii)from a point 49.5 metres east of its junction with Duke Street to a point 59.5 metres east of its junction with Duke Street

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

Duke Street
(South-east Side)from its junction with Montrose Street to a point 28 metres south-west of its junction with King Street Montrose Street
(Both Sides)(i)from its junction with Duke Street for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction (ii)from its junction with King Street for a distance of 10 metres in a southerly direction (North-east Side)from a point 35 metres east of its junction with Duke Street to a point 45 metres east of its junction with Duke Street (North-west Side)from a point 44 metres southwest of its junction with King Street to a point 54 metres south-west of its junction with King Street (South-west Side)(i)from a point 42 metres east of its junction with Duke Street to a point 49.5 metres east of its junction with Duke Street (ii)from a point 25 metres east of its junction with Duke Street to a point 29 metres east of its junction with Duke Street
