What is happening?

City of Stoke-on-Trent (Traffic Regulation) (Harvey Road, Meir) (No.09) Order, 2025 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Stoke on Trent propose to make an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984. The effect of this Order is as follows: - 

1.To prohibit loading/ unloading at any time in Harvey Road (i)(N Side) from its junction with Weston Road for 30m (ii)(SW Side) from its junction with Weston Road for 28m 

2.To prohibit waiting at any time in Harvey Road (i)(N Side) from its junction with Weston Road for 30m (ii)(SW Side) from its junction with Weston Road for 28m.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should send your objections, together with the grounds thereof, in writing by e-mail to traffic.orders@stoke.gov.uk, quoting reference: MB/NM/TRO09/2025, by the 15th day of September 2025.
