Deans Close, Misterton - Temporary Prohibition of Vehicles To Install New Drainage/Foul Connections
What is happening?
THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(DEANS CLOSE, MISTERTON)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PROCEEDING) ORDER 2025 (BS25-281)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council has made an Order, under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, in respect of roads at Normanton on Trent in the District of Bassetlaw: The effects of the Order will be:
1. Vehicles are prohibited from proceeding in the following length of road:
a. Deans Close Misterton - For its entire length.
2. All existing permanent restrictions will be temporarily suspended as required.
3. The restrictions specified above shall only be in effect when the signs are in place
IT IS INTENDED that the prohibitions respecting the above road or roads will apply as follows:
From 09:00 Hours Monday 25th August 2025 Until 23:59 Hours Friday 12th September 2025.
The Order will come into force on Monday 25th August 2025 and any prohibition in it shall apply on that day and any subsequent day when necessary to enable works to be carried out. The Order shall continue in force until the works are completed (within a maximum period of 18 months).
The prohibition is required to enable Falgate Homes Ltd to carry out works to Install new Drainage/Foul connections.
