What is happening?
Borough of Telford & Wrekin
The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Halesfield 1,
Halesfield 24 and Hem Lane, Halesfield (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order
2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst highway improvement works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 1/9/25. (P1 Halesfield 24 1/9/25- 9/9/25 19:00pm-05:00am) (P2 Halesfield 1 9/9/25-18/9/25 & 29/9/25- 30/9/25 19:00pm-05:00am) (P3 Halesfield 1 18/9/25-26/9/25 09:15am-18:00pm & 30/9/25-1/10/25 19:00am-05:00am).
The following roads are affected: Halesfield 1, Halesfield from its jcn with Halesfield 24 to its jcn with Coppice Farm Rt, Halesfield
24, Halesfield in its entirety (P2 for entrance of CRC site to Coppice Farm Rbt, P3 between jcn CRC entrance to jcn with Halesfield 24). Hem Lane, Halesfield from its jcn with Halesfield 1 for approx. 10m in an easterly direction. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 1/10/25. Alternative routes will be signed on site.
