PUBLIC BRIDLEWAY C40 (PART) AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH
Y13 (PART) AT ARNESBY LODGE, ARNESBY IN THE PARISH
OF ARNESBY AND THE DISTRICT OF HARBOROUGH
PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025

The above Order made on 7th August 2025 will divert Bridleway C40 (Part) and Footpath Y13 (Part).

DESCRIPTION OF SITE OF BRIDLEWAY C40 TO BE DIVERTED That part of Bridleway C40 at Arnesby Lodge in the Parish of Arnesby and the District of Harborough, shown by a bold continuous line on the plan, which extends from Grid Reference 46223 29354 to Grid Reference 46235 29363 and then to Grid Reference 46241 29363.

The bridleway to be diverted has no recorded width. DESCRIPTION OF SITE OF FOOTPATH Y13 TO BE DIVERTED That part of Footpath Y13 at Arnesby Lodge in the Parish of Arnesby and the District of Harborough, shown by a bold continuous line on the plan which extends from Grid Reference 46237 29335 to Grid Reference 46235 29363.

The section of footpath to be diverted has no recorded width.

DESCRIPTION OF SITE OF NEW BRIDLEWAY C40 TO BE CREATED A new public bridleway (C40) at Arnesby Lodge in the Parish of Arnesby and the District of Harborough, shown by a bold broken line on the plan, which extends from 46223 29354 to Grid Reference 46237 29358 and then to Grid Reference 46241 29363.

The new bridleway will have a width of 4 metres.

DESCRIPTION OF SITE OF NEW FOOTPATH Y13 TO BE CREATED A new Footpath (Y13) at Arnesby Lodge in the Parish of Arnesby and the District of Harborough, shown by a bold broken line on the plan, which extends from Grid Reference 46237 29335 to Grid Reference 46240 29335 and then to Grid Reference 46237 29358.

The new footpath will have a width of 2 metres.

No works are required to bring the diversions into effect.

A copy of the Order and plan have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Room 200 Main Building, County Hall, Glenfield,

Leicestershire, LE3 8RA and the offices of Harborough District

Council, The Symington Building, Adam & Eve Street, Market Harborough LE16 7AG during office opening hours. A copy has also been sent to Arnesby Parish Council.

Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent in writing to me at the undermentioned address quoting reference KJ/HTWMT/5786 not later than 18th September 2025. Please state the grounds on which it is made.

If no such representation or objection is duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Leicestershire County Council may confirm the Order as unopposed. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representation or objection which has not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
