The County of Cornwall (Commercial Street, Camborne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camborne.

This prohibition is necessary for the construction of a new crossing point and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th September 2025 to 26th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Commercial Street, Camborne between the junction of Church Street and Fore Street.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Allen.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 3rd September 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Road From Access To Trevellans To Forge Way, Shortlanesend for its entire length and Road From Junction South Of Two Burrow Hill To Access To Trevellans, St Allen between the junction of Access To Trevellans and grid reference SW80996 49036.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th September 2025 to 19th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Lower Lane, Mawgan between the junctions of Langweath Estate and Higher Lane.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th September 2025 to 5th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Chapel Terrace between the property named The Gingerbread House and the junction of Grove Hill and Grove Hill between the junctions of Sea View Road and Commercial Road, St Mawes.

This prohibition is necessary for poling and tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 17th September 2025 to 18th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Porthoustock, St Keverne between the junction of Rosenithon and the property named Porthoustock Village Hall.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Ponsanooth.

This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st September 2025 to 5th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

Road affected - Park Road, Ponsanooth Park Road, Ponsanooth between the junctions of Ponsvale and grid reference SW75812 37821.

Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being being A390 Between Junction At  West Langarth Farm And Roundabout At Threemilestone, Threemilestone between grid references SW77662 45160 and SW76330 45874 for approximately 1517 metres and A390 Between Rosewinnick Cottage And Junction At West Langarth Farm, Chacewater between grid references SW76330 45874 and SW76113 46055 for approximately 275 metres.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out new road construction and improvement works.

The Order will come into operation on 1st September 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 27th March 2026. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 18th Augusr 2025 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being Road From The A390 Roundabout At Threemilestone To Penventinnie Lane, Threemilestone for its entire length for approximately 2196 metres and Road From Junction At Bosvisack Cottage To East Langarth, Threemilestone between grid reference SW78074 45415 and SW78079 46087 for approximately 720 metres.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed for safety reasons.

The Order will come into operation on 1st September 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 27th March 2026. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
