RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, i wahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Park Grove/Rhoddfa Cinmel Abergele wrth ei chyffordd â Rhodfa Cinmel i ben draw Rhodfa Cinmel y tu allan i rif 33.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith gan Wales and West Utilities. Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr ac i’r gwasanaethau brys tra bydd y ffordd ar gau. Bydd y llwybr amgen ar hyd Alexandra Road i Sea Road ac yn ôl ar Park Grove ac fel arall.
Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 8 Medi 2025. Disgwylir y bydd y ffordd ar gau am gyfnod o ddim mwy na 5 wythnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
SECTION 14(1)
Conwy County Borough Council (Park Grove/ Kinmel Avenue Abergele) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that length of Park Grove/Kinmel Avenue Abergele at its junction with Kinmel Avenue to the end of Kinmel Avenue outside no 33.
The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Wales and West Utilities. Pedestrian and Emergency access will be maintained. The alternative route will be via Alexandra Road on to Sea Road and back onto Park Grove and vice versa.
The Order comes into effect on 8 September 2025.
It is anticipated that the road will be closed for a maximum period of 5 weeks.
