Suffolk, Multiple Temporary Road Closures Due To Utility Works

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984: Section 14 - Temporary Closure Of Part Of The B1113 The Street, Redgrave
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the B1113 The Street, Redgrave from Broadlands for 100 metres north westbound to facilitate excavation works to repair a manhole. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1113, the A1066, the A140, the A143, the B1113 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 7:00pm on 29/08/2025 – 5:00am on 30/08/2025, but if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister). Enquiries should be made to TMO Highways Limited. Tel: (01379) 676462.
Temporary Closure Of Part Of C483 Gracechurch Street, Debenham
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C483 Gracechurch Street, Debenham from No. 55 for 30 metres south westbound to facilitate a new water connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the B1077, Ipswich Road, Debenham Road, Winston, The Green, Pettaugh Road, Debenham Road, Pettaugh, the A1120 and vice versa.

Temporary Closure Of Part Of The A1152 Wilford Bridge, Melton
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the A1152 Wilford Bridge, Melton from the junction with Melton Road to the roundabout with Orford Road to facilitate skirting works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be the A1152, the A12, the A1094, the B1069, the B1078, the B1069, the A1152 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 20/08/2025 - 22/08/2025 8:00pm - 5:00am. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Temporary Closure Of Part Of The C411 Fishponds Lane, Holbrook
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C411 Fishponds Lane, Holbrook from Long Piece to Standen House to facilitate a new electrical service. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Back Hill, the B1080 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 20/08/2025 - 21/08/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the C549 Low Road, Wortham from the Piggeries to Manor Cottage to facilitate pole testing. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.

The diversion route will be the Doit, the A1066, the B1113, Fen Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 29/08/2025 from 9.30am - 3.30pm. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
