Wallisdown Road, Temporary Parking Restrictions Due To Highway Improvement Works

BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL
WALLISDOWN ROAD -HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT WORKS TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT: Road closed to all northbound vehicles and no parking - no waiting at any time and no loading/unloading at any time
WHERE: Wallisdown Road northbound from Scott Road to Benbow Crescent
WHY: Highway improvement works by BCP Council
WHEN: Anticipated dates: 8 September 2025 until 1 December 2025
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: Via Kinson Road, Wimborne Road, Ringwood Road

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
