Norfolk County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give notice that:

I) THEY PROPOSE TO MAKE Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders in respect of the following roads:

BINHAM – C597 Langham Road from its junction with C598 Langham Road for 200m south westwards to facilitate tree cutting works on 27th August 2025 (may continue until 8th October 2025). Alternative route is via: C315 Stiffkey Road, C315 Bridge Street, A149 Wells Road, A149 Coast Road, C586 Warham Road, C313 The Street, C313 Warham Road (Wells-Next-the-Sea, Warham, Stiffkey, Binham). SWAFFHAM - 1) Northwell Pool Road from its junction with Sporle Road for 100m northwards and 2) Northwell Pool Road from its junction with Regal Close for 160m north eastwards to facilitate blockage clearing works. Road 1 will be temporarily closed, and Road 2 shall be temporarily subject to the suspension of the one-way system (northeast bound) to allow vehicles to travel in both a south westerly and north easterly direction from 27th to 29th August 2025 (may continue until 10th October 2025).

OXBOROUGH – Gooderstone Road from 1.55km northwest of its junction with Swaffham Road for 380m westwards to facilitate new potable water main installation works. The road will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed limit from 18th August to 11th November 2025 (may continue until 11th May 2026). Alternative route is via: N/A. QUIDENHAM – U33043 Church Road from 265m south of its junction with C1138 Hargham Road for 40m southwards to facilitate new electricity supply works from 20th to 22nd August 2025 (may continue until 3rd October 2025). SCOLE – C341 Burston Road from 1300m north of its junction with U76072 Church Road for 30m northwards to facilitate meter exchange works on 18th August 2025 (may continue until 29th September 2025). Alternative route is via: Audley End, Crown Green, Station Road, Scole Road, Dickleburgh Road, A140 Dickleburgh Bypass, Norwich Road, Scole Road, and Dickleburgh and Rushall, Scole, Burston and Shimpling). SEETHING1) C824 Harvey Lane from its junction with U76389 Upgate Road for 75m westwards and 2) U76389 Upgate Road from its junction with C824 Harvey Lane for 75m northwards and 3) C824 Toad Lane from its junction with U76389 Upgate Road for 75m eastwards and 4) U76389 Seething Road from its junction with U76389 Upgate Road for 75m southwards to facilitate carriageway repair works from 19th to 20th August 2025 (may continue until 1st October 2025).
