C20 MINDRUM MILL JUNCTION TO
CORNHILL JUNCTION CORNHILL-ON-TWEED
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C20 Mindrum Mill Junction To Cornhill Junction 137 metres from its junction with A698 Main Street heading southwards for a distance of 115 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 8th September 2025 until the 12th September 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 8th September 2025 until the 10th September 2025 between the hours of 08:00-18:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 12th September 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via A698, B6350, C21 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Circet UK LTD to replace a pole.In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

B1342 STATION ROAD BELFORD
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER NUMBER 2 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of B1342 Station Road Belford 10 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 12th September 2025 until the 15th September 2025. It is expected the road will only be closed on the 12th September 2025 from 22:00 hours until 07:00 hours on the 15th September 2025 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 15th September 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being via the B1342, A1, C60, C59, B1342 and vice-versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Chevron Traffic Management to renew switches and crossings. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
