The County of Cornwall (Penventinue Lane, Fowey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Fowey. This prohibition is necessary for tree surgery works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd September 2025 to 23rd September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730  and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Penventinue Lane, Fowey for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 25th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Polruan. This prohibition is necessary for pole replacement works and it is expected that the closure will be for the days 14th September 2025 and 21st September 2025 only. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0600 and 1600, weekends included.
Road affected - St Saviours Hill, Polruan between the Car Park At St Saviours Hill and the junction with School Lane.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
