ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U6067 FOURTH AVENUE MORPETH
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6067 Fourth Avenue Morpeth from its junction with Third Avenue for a distance of 16 metres in a south-westerly direction in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 8th September 2025 until the 12th September 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 8th September 2025 until the 10th September 2025 between the hours of 08:30 and 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 12th September 2025. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being Third Avenue, First Avenue, Shields Road, Fourth Avenue and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water for cleansing and patch repair of a sewer. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
B1337 GRANGEMOOR ROAD WIDDRINGTON STATION
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B1337 Grangemoor Road for a distance of 37 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective on the 13th September 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 13th September 2025. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being B1337, A1068, A197, B1337 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
U6014 CLIFTON LANE CLIFTON
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER NUMBER 2 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the U6014 Clifton Lane Clifton from its junction with Clifton crossing for a distance of 235 metres in a south-westerly direction in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 12th September 2025 until the 15th September 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 12th September 2025 at 22:40 hours until the 15th September 2025 at 06:20 hours during this period; however, the order will remain in place for the remainder of the day on 15th September 2025. An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being U6014, U9076, A1, B1337, A192, U6014 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

The closure has been requested by Core Highways due to engineering trains being positioned over the level crossing for long periods of time blocking road access over the crossing. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.

PARISH OF ALWINTON PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 57
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use of Parish of Alwinton Public Footpath Number 57, in the County of Northumberland.The route is described as follows:Parish of Alwinton Public Footpath Number 57From a point 70 metres north-east of Barrow at the junction with Public Bridleway No 37 in an easterly direction for a distance of 625 metres, crossing the Barrow Burn, via a footbridge, to join Parish of Harbottle Public Footpath No 1, on the south side of the Barrow Burn, 460 metres north-west of Angryhaugh.
The remainder of the footpath leading to access land remains available if accessed from alternative routes.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland National Park Authority in the interests of public safety to facilitate works to replace the footbridge over the Barrow Burn.

C132 HEPSCOTT JUNCTION TO SHADFEN JUNCTION HEPSCOTT
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C132 Hepscott Junction To Shadfen Junction for a distance of 20 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 27th August 2025 until the 28th August 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from 22:00 on the 27th August 2025 until 06:00 on the 28th August 2025 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 28th August 2025.An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being C132, A192, A196, C132 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

C363 STATION ROAD STANNINGTON ORDER NUMBER 6 2025
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C363 Station Road Stannington for a distance of 35 metres across the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.The Order is to be effective from the 30th August 2025 until the 29th September 2025. It is expected that the road will only be closed on the following dates; however, the order will remain in place until the 29th September 2025:
• 30th August 2025 at 22:00 hours until 31st August 2025 at 09:35 hours
• 6th September 2025 at 22:20 hours until 7th September 2025 at 09:35 hours
• 12th September 2025 at 22:40 hours until 15th September 2025 at 06:20 hours
• 19th September 2025 at 22:40 hours until 21st September 2025 at 08:00 hours
• 28th September 2025 at 22:00 hours until 29th September 2025 at 06:10 hours
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being C363, U9076, A1, B1337, A192 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
B6346 ALNWICK TO EGLINGHAM
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic and to restrict the speed of vehicular traffic on that section of the B6346 Alnwick to Eglingham from its junction with Smiley Lane heading in a north westerly direction for a length of 2100 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 1st September 2025 until the 3rd March 2026.
It is expected that the road will only be closed on the following dates:
• Civil works – 1st September 2025 until the 19th September 2025 between the hours of 07:30 until 16:00. The Order will remain in place until the 3rd March 2026.
• Resurfacing works – 3rd November 2025 until the 5th November 2025 between the hours of 07:30 until 16:00 during this period;
The Order will remain in place until the 3rd March 2026.
There will furthermore be a temporary speed restriction in force which will restrict the speed of vehicular traffic from 60mph down to 40mph throughout the works to allow safe access for residents who will be guided through the closure when it is safe to do so within the extents of the closure. It is expected that the speed restriction will be in force at all times between 1st September 2025 and the 5th November 2025.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being B6346, A697, B6341, U3142 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

B1341 ADDERSTONE HALL TO LUCKER ROAD BAMBURGH
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the B1341 Adderstone Hall to Lucker Road Bamburgh for a distance 40 metres, 20 metres either side of the level crossing in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 25th August 2025 until the 26th August 2025.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 25th August 2025 until the 26th August 2025 between the hours of 23:55 until 06:00 during this period.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the TTRO is in force being B1341, A1, B1342 and vice versa and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on the following sections of roads in Ponteland in the County of Northumberland:
U9129 Ladywell Way in its entirety
U9129 Rothley Close in its entirety
U9129 Simonside View in its entirety
The Order is to be effective from the 1st September 2025 until the 27th March 2026.
It is expected that the above roads will only be closed from the 1st September 2025 until the 5th September 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until the 27th March 2026.
There is no alternative route for vehicular traffic.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)(A)
U3148 THE MALTINGS, ALNWICK
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This is in accordance with section 15(8) of said Act and Regulation 7 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992 in that the following restrictions will continue to be in force:
Temporary Footway Closure:
The U3148 The Maltings from outside the front of number 21 The Maltings heading in an easterly direction for a length of 5 metres in the County of Northumberland (“the Footway”) is prohibited because works are proposed to be executed on or near the Footway following a leak on the water main which requires excavation and repair.
An alternative route will be available for use whilst the Order is in force being the signed diversion and should the need arise changes may be made to the alternative routes, where possible these changes will be signposted accordingly.
