What is happening?

WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS ORDER 20**
North Lanarkshire Council propose to consider the introduction of a Traffic Regulation Order, the effect of which will be to implement waiting and loading restrictions in order to improve road safety on the undernoted roads:

North Lanarkshire Council (Tannoch Drive and Tannoch Place, Cumbernauld) Proposed Waiting and Loading Restrictions Order 20**, together with a statement of reasons and plans, are available for inspection on the website https://www.northlanarkshire.gov.uk/your-community/working-communities/ consultations or alternatively a hard copy is available for inspection during normal office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive, at the office of the Chief Officer (Legal and Democratic), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB.
Any person wishing to make representations in support of, or raise an objection to, the proposals must do so in writing to the Chief Officer (Legal and Democratic), North Lanarkshire Council, Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell ML1 1AB or to the email address troconsultation@northlan.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 17 September 2025 and must contain the name and address of the person making the representation/objection, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
