Swindon Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Highway Works
What is happening?

SECTION 14 – THE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
A361 SWINDON ROAD, HIGHWORTH
This Order is being introduced for SBC HIGHWAY WORKS and will impose a prohibition of driving on A361 Swindon Road between roundabout junction with Utah Court and the access road to Red Down Farm Shop.
Traffic to be diverted via B4019, A419 to Rat Trap, A361 Highworth Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into force on the 29 August 2025 for 18 months, but works are expected to take place between 29 August to 28 September 2025.
