(C2107 Ryall Grove/ C2107 Strensham Road, Upton Upon Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1 – C2107 Ryall Grove from its junction with A38 Tewkesbury Rd to its junction with U60426 Ryall Grove. Closure 2 – C2107 Strensham Road from its junction with U60426 Ryall Grove for a distance of 72 metres in an easterly direction.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Alternative route: A38 Tewkesbury Rd, C2107 Naunton, C2107 Strensham Rd (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.
Commencing: 10 September 2025.
(U63551 Park Road, West Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of U63551 Park Rd from its junction with B4232 West Malvern Rd to its junction with U63550 De Walden Rd.
Reason: Utility works by STW.
Alternative route: B4232 West Malvern Rd, U66407 Harcourt Rd, U63550 Blackheath Way, U63551 Park Rd (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.
Commencing: 8 September 2025.
(C2205 Upper Howsell Road, Malvern) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of C2205 Upper Howsell Rd from its junction with U63507 Somers Park Ave to its junction with U63437 Upper Howsell Rd Service Rd.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC.
Alternative route: U63507 Somers Park Ave, B4503 Leigh Sinton Rd, C2205 Tanhouse Ln and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 18 August 2025 and 29 August 2025.

Order made: To close that part of U63502 Yates Hay Rd from its junction with C2205 Upper Howsell Rd to its junction with B4503 Leigh Sinton Rd.

Reason: Replacement water main by STW.

Order made: To close that part of Closure 1 – U63113 Albert Road North from its junction with B4211 Church St to its junction with C2215 Avenue Rd. Closure 2 – U63113 Albert Road South from its junction with C2215 Avenue Rd to its junction with U63111 Woodshears Rd.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing over multiple phases by WCC.
Alternative route: U63111 Woodshears Rd, U63111 Priory Rd, C2215 Avenue Rd, B4211 Church St and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days between 18 August 2025 and 29 August 2025.
(U63109 The Lees, Malvern) (Footway only) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of the Footway only on U63109 The Lees from its junction with U63106 Thirstland Rd for its entire length.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Alternative route: U63106 Thirstland Rd and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days.
Commencing: 10 September 2025.
(A38 Tewkesbury Road, Upton Upon Severn) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Proposed Order: To close that part of A38 Tewkesbury Rd from its junction with A38 Upton Roundabout to its junction with C2213 School Ln.
Reason: Surface dressing by WCC.
Alternative route: A38 Tewkesbury Rd (part) into Gloucestershire, A46 Cheltenham Rd, A4184 Cheltenham Rd, B4084 Pershore Rd, B4084 Main Rd, B4084 Evesham Rd, B4084 Avon Bank, B4084 High St, B4084 Worcester Rd, A4104 Three Springs Rd, A4104 Defford Rd, A4104 Upton Rd, A4104 Woodmancote, A4104 Baughton Hill, A4104 Baughton, A4104 Pershore Rd, A38 Tewkesbury Rd (part) and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 night (20:00–06:00) between 11 September 2025 and 18 September 2025.
EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.
