PROPOSALS

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council has made the above Orders on 7 August 2025.

The Orders come into operation on the dates detailed in the Schedule below.

From 15 August 2025 a copy of this Notice, copy of the Orders, the reasons for the proposals and the Orders being amended, may be inspected online at: www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk/highwayconsultations

REPRESENTATIONS

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, you may within six weeks from 7 August 2025, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

SCHEDULE

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Parking Regulation, On-Street Parking Places and Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2024 (Amendment No. 26) Order 2025

The traffic restrictions advertised and consulted on in the proposals Reference P115 from 21 February 2025 to 14 March 2025 are due to be implemented on the Royal Bournemouth Hospital Access Road. This Order comes into operation on 16 August 2025

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Parking Regulation, On-Street Parking Places and Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2024 (Amendment No. 27) Order 2025

The traffic restrictions advertised and consulted on in the proposals Reference P118 from 7 March 2025 to 28 March 2025 are due to be implemented on Victoria Park Road. This Order comes into operation on 29 August 2025.
