Combe Hill - Temporary Road Closure To Renew A Stop Tap

Temporary Closure of Combe Hill
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Combe Hill - from 216 metres south-east the junction with Bowden Road, south-eastwards for a total distance of 67 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to renew a stop tap.
The Order becomes effective on 4th September 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 8th September 2025 and last until 10th September 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
