Ham Hill - Temporary Road Closure To Pole Replacement And Tree Cutting Works

Temporary Closure of Ham Hill
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Ham Hill - from the junction with High Street, south-eastwards for a total distance of 90 metres.
This Order will enable Openreach to carry out pole replacement and tree cutting works.
The Order becomes effective on 4th September 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 8th September 2025 and last until 8th September 2025 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 6 hours.
